She has twelve years of experience designing digital products and services. As a user experience professional, she performs user research and interaction design while also leading cross-functional teams. Throughout the process, Isabel provides expert guidance including evaluations of existing systems, detailed design specifications, and actionable usability study results.

Her experience includes creating solutions used by companies such as Best Buy, General Motors, Microsoft, the SCI FI Channel, Wal-Mart, and Wells Fargo.

Isabel holds an Honors Bachelor of Science in Human-Computer Interaction, with High Distinction, from the University of Toronto. Her in-depth training covers both user experience design and computer science, providing her the ability to skillfully negotiate the technological aspects of proposed designs with her colleagues.

Isabel has earned numerous workplace and academic awards. She is a member of BayCHI - The Bay Area Chapter of the ACM Special Interest Group in Computer-Human Interaction.
